Over the years we have been preparing pupils to ABRSM practical music exams from Prep Test to Grade 7 on the following instruments:
Piano, jazz piano, recorder, horn, trumpet, flute with a 98% success rate, resulting passes in various ranges:
Grade 5 music theory exam results:
2 pass
1 pass with Merit
4 pass with Distinction
2020 Virtual Sutton Music Festival:
- ‘A good performance‘ was awarded to a 6 year old recorder player in the ‘Own choice class / 9 years and under’ category for woodwind and brass.
- ‘1st place, a distinction performance’ was awarded to an 8 year old recorder player in the ‘Solo grade class - grade 3 and grade 4‘ category for woodwind and brass, with a grade 4 recorder piece.
